What you will be doing:
Gifting is part of our culture. Sadly, it is also wasteful and bad for the planet.
Our world demands to change the way we give. As a gift company, we should be the first to comply. We are deeply connected with our goal to inspire positive change throughout the industry.
You as our new Customer Service Representative for the DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) team can be part of our journey, helping to make that positive change; Changing the way we give. Doesn’t that sound great?
How does your day look like as a Customer Service Representative?
You start your day with a good cup of (Nespresso) coffee (or tea). After catching up with your colleagues, the first deadline is waiting for you; orders and artwork need to be checked and processed in the system.
Lunchtime! Time for a nice walk outside; a moment to clear your mind and to stretch your legs. Working at the Customer Service can be hectic sometimes. After your lunchbreak, you will be working on your second deadline. Together with your team, you will need to give some extra power to make it happen!
In the last few hours of your working day you will have contact with clients (online/offline), have questions for the Product Development team about certain products and you try to find solutions with your colleagues at the Supply Chain department.
You love to be in contact with clients and do not fear challenging questions. It is easy for you to switch from a phone call to an email and vice versa. Honesty, transparency, short lines and teamwork are words that perfectly fit your personality. You can switch easily between different tasks and enjoys diversity.
With your excellent communication skills, you will meet and exceed our customer’s expectations. Every day again! With over 3,000 product items divided over 12 different product groups, you will keep learning and challenge yourself. No day is the same!
The team
Together with your team (8 colleagues), you will build and maintain customer relations with customers from the DACH region: Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will go for that extra (s)mile by paying attention to the client’s needs and expectations. You tackle problems before they even arise. During the day, you receive emails with orders. You process these orders, create offers, handle phone calls and give advice on our products by showing your (cross)selling skills.
