At XD Connects, we’re looking for a Commercial Intelligence Analyst to join our Marketing team. In this data-savvy and commercially minded role, you’ll turn data into actionable insights that help drive growth, optimize commercial performance, and sharpen our customer targeting. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Product to uncover new opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
You’ll help us become smarter and more customer-centric by translating complex data into meaningful commercial actions. Your work will support campaigns, product strategies, and key marketing initiatives through insights, dashboards, and predictive models.

- Understand our internal and external data landscape and how it connects to our commercial goals.
- Extract, connect, and analyze data from various sources (CRM, marketing tools, market research, sales data, etc.).
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik).
- Turn data into stories: generate insights that guide campaigns, segment strategies, and go-to-market plans.
- Identify and quantify white space, customer needs, and market trends.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align data insights with customer lifecycle improvements.
- Forecast commercial trends and opportunities using predictive analytics and business modeling.
- Lead or support projects to improve data quality, integration, and accessibility across marketing tools and platforms.
- Be a key partner in driving change across the organization with data-backed recommendations.
