What you will be doing:
XD Connects is a Promotional Merchandise supplier, we are a multi-national company whose head office is in the Netherlands.
We are now looking for a further member to join our UK team in a permanent full time role, based in Birmingham, UK. We are a friendly team who work together to deliver the best possible service to our customers and we pride ourselves on our award winning customer service.
Experience is essential, preferably in the Promotional Merchandise industry, but others will be considered depending on the level of experience. We need someone with excellent communication skills, face to face, on the telephone and by e-mail. You will need to be highly organised, as it can be quite a fast paced environment during busy periods, and have the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
The majority of the communication is done via email so you must be computer literate with a high level of accuracy and efficiency and excellent spelling and grammar. You will make and receive calls to and from customers regarding enquiries and orders, so must have a pleasant telephone manner.
