In this role, you’ll take full ownership of projects from the very first customer inquiry all the way through to final delivery. You’ll coordinate timelines, manage pricing, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure everything runs smoothly - from product sampling to large-scale production in the Far East.
You’ll be at the heart of a fast-moving, international environment, working with colleagues, clients, and suppliers across Europe. If you enjoy juggling multiple projects, solving challenges on the go, and making things happen, this is the role for you.

What you will be doing:
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree (hbo) or equivalent experience
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Experience in sales, coordination, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Calm, solution-oriented mindset under pressure
- Independent, proactive, and a strong team player
- Clear communication and a service-oriented attitude
- Any European language (especially Dutch, French, German, Italian, or Spanish)
- Familiarity with Microsoft AX, Salesforce, or Photoshop
- Experience in the promotional products or gifting industry
