What you will be doing:

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, commercially driven Campaign manager country & trade to bridge the gap between our central marketing strategy and local market execution. In this role, you will be the go-to marketing partner for our Country Managers - translating local market needs into high-impact campaigns and tangible marketing assets that drive growth.
You will ensure every country has the right tools to win in their local market, from market specific asset creation and point-of-sale (POS) materials to targeted regional campaigns. Beyond fulfilling local requests, you will proactively spot growth opportunities and pitch campaigns that stimulate regional demand.

Key Responsibilities
1. Country-Specific Campaign Management & Growth
  • Drive Local Campaigns: Plan, develop, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns tailored to specific countries and regional growth initiatives.
  • Proactive Opportunity Identification: Identify untapped growth opportunities and proactively propose campaign concepts to capture them.
  • Localize & Adapt: Ensure campaigns resonate with local audiences (language, culture, and market dynamics) while maintaining overall brand consistency.

2. Market Activation & Asset Production
  • Partner with Country Managers:Act as the main point of contact for Country Managers and Sales Teams, translating their commercial ambitions and on-the-ground requests into clear creative briefs and actionable deliverables. This includes:
    • Regularly collecting feedback and insights from Country Managers and Sales teams to understand market needs, customer expectations and opportunities.
    • Proactively proposing campaigns, tools or initiatives based on these insights.
    • Coordinating dedicated commercial presentations, sales tools and other tailored marketing materials when needed.
    • Bringing relevant market feedback back to the central Marketing team to help shape future campaigns and priorities.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives with distributors and strategic customers: joint campaigns, trade marketing activities, fairs, promotional tools and customer-specific activations.
  • Offline & Retail Collateral:Manage the creation and production of high-quality physical and digital sales tools, including:
    • Country-specific seasonal and product-specific collections that inspire customers and support sales teams.
    • In-store displays, promotional flyers, and merchandising materials that drive conversion at the point of sale.
    • Emails and social media assets for country-specific commercial campaigns.

3. Project & Stakeholder Management
  • End-to-End Coordination: Manage timelines and budgets and work closely with agencies, sales teams and the full marketing team to ensure assets are delivered on time and within specification.
  • Prioritization & Efficiency: Balance reactive ad-hoc requests from multiple countries with planned strategic campaigns, spotting opportunities to scale successful local ideas across multiple regions.
  • Performance Review: Track the effectiveness and adoption of delivered campaigns and materials with Country Managers to continuously improve future activations.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in campaign management, trade/field marketing, or project management within an international or multi-market environment.
  • Proven hands-on experience coordinating physical marketing asset production (POS, lookbooks, flyers) and writing commercial, converting content.
  • You don’t just wait for a briefing - you ask the right questions, look at what drives sales in a specific country, and actively suggest campaign ideas to stimulate growth.
  • Confident communicator who can partner effectively with Country Managers, manage expectations, push back constructively when needed, and align multiple stakeholders.
  • Structured, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple country requests simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English, Dutch and French are a plus.

What we offer:

  • Part-Time Flexibility: A challenging, high-impact role designed for a 32-hour workweek.
  • Choice of Location: Work from our office in either Ede, Rijswijk, or Paris.
  • International Impact: The opportunity to directly influence commercial growth across multiple countries and see your concepts come to life in stores, at fairs, and across local markets.
